AIGUA RENT A CAR guarantees that the processing of all data provided via e-mail or electronic forms, complies with that set out by the data protection code as better specified in the informative note.
All information sent to our e-mail addresses (requests, suggestions, ideas, information, material, etc.) will not be considered as confidential, must not violate the rights of other parties, and must contain valid information that is not damaging to other parties, and is true. In any case, AIGUA RENT A CAR shall take no responsibility for the contents of the messages.

 

AIGUA RENT A CAR processes the personal data supplied via e-mail or electronic forms.
This is necessary in order to fulfil requests, suggestions and for all commercial, tax, administrative and informative purposes that relate to our activities.
As such, in accordance with and pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), we would hereby provide the following information concerning the processing we intend to carry out.

• Processing method
  Data is collected, processed and compared, by means of the use of computer or electronic tools for which suitable security measures are taken in order to guarantee confidentiality, and to avoid the unauthorised access to such data by third parties.
• Activities will be carried out through automatic and computer procedures, exclusively within our data processing systems, or those of other subjects that are connected with ourselves under contractual relations (ISP).
